WORLD ANIMAL DAY AT ALAMEDA WILDLIFE PARK

The Alameda Wildlife Park will this Saturday be celebrating World Animal Day to coincide with European Birdwatch, also being held on Saturday at the Alameda Gardens, organised by GONHS (The Gibraltar Ornithological & Natural History Society).

The park will be open with free admission from 10am until 4pm and a number of activities are planned, including bouncy castle, refreshments, face painting and an “Animal Fancy Dress Competition” for children.

Added to the activities organised by GONHS in the morning – bird ringing demonstration, bird of prey displays and birdwatching – it will add up to a unique opportunity to enjoy nature for all animal lovers in Gibraltar.

All are welcome.
