GFSA PUBLIC MEETING
The Gibraltar Federation of Sea Anglers has called a second public meeting to be held at the John Mackintosh Hall on Thursday 29th July 2010 from 7.30 pm. The federation urges all resident anglers and other interested persons concerned about the state of fishing in Gibraltar to attend.
A spokesman said: “This meeting will report on the progress of the Angling for Change Campaign so far, enable those who attend to give feedback on the Government’s consultation paper, published last week, and provide a forum for discussion on the next steps for the campaign.
“There is still much to be done if the Federation is to achieve its 10 Red Line demands and this is an opportunity for you to have a say in shaping the campaign over the next couple of months.
“GFSA has until September 15th 2010 to make its submission on the contents of the consultation paper and if you come to this meeting you can tell us how you feel about its content and how you
want the Federation to respond.”
