The Minister for Culture, Steven Linares, bid farewell to Miss Gibraltar Jessica Baldachino yesterday morning upon her departure to China, for the upcoming Miss World Pageant. Upon her arrival, she will be preparing for the pageant with solid rehearsals, a visit to Beijing and then Ordos, Inner Mongolia, where she will be featuring in the final of the international beauty pageant on Saturday 18 August.
