Reformed path for Devilís Gap
Devil’s Gap footpath is undergoing renovation works in order to make the path more accessible. Minister for the Environment Dr John Cortes took a stroll down the path way into Upper Town to see how the works are progressing.
Improvements that have been made to the path include the widening of the path, the clearing of shrubbery, drains cleared to enable water to divert off the rock rather than collect in a puddle, information boxes which will display the flora and fauna in the area as well as some historic facts, Barbary macaque proof bins and a picnic area has been added to the top of the footpath.
