Refund policy:

Users of out iPad and Android (pay for) editions are requested to contact us if they have any difficulties with their subscription. However it should be noted that we do not have direct control over these and users should first exhaust the provider (e.g. with Apple iTunes) system which may involve either stopping automatic re-subscription or deleting an app and reinstalling if there is a problem with your operating system. Gibraltar Chronicle Newspaper will attempt to assist and, where applicable, will attempt to supply any missing edition directly to you in pdf form on a one off basis if your subscription fails you on a given day. Please look carefully at the provider’s terms and policy on apps / subscriptions that are purchased directly from them. Applications for refunds will be considered on a case by case basis but this will normally be provided as a matter of course by the subscription service.
