The Scouts Association Gibraltar Branch exercised their Freedom of the City as they celebrated St George’s Day on Saturday led by the Pipes and Drums of the 5th Sea Scouts and Scouts Commissioner Mark Rodriguez. The Scouts marched past Parliament House where the Deputy Mayor John Goncalves took the salute. A number of awards were also presented on the day. Pic: Johnny Bugeja
