Gun salute father and son
21 Royal Gun Salute 11-06-18 (Photos Johnny Bugeja ) to mark the occasion of the 97th birthday of His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. On this occasion the Inspecting Officer will be Major (Retd) Freddie Pitto, Regimental Secretary and former Battery Commander and the Gun Position Officer will be Major John Pitto, Officer Commanding Thompson’s Battery.
Saturday saw a 21 Royal Gun Salute to mark the occasion of the 97th birthday of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. The Inspecting Officer was Major (Retd) Freddie Pitto, Regimental Secretary and former Battery Commander and the Gun Position Officer was his son Major John Pitto, Officer Commanding Thompson’s Battery.
