1,700 people visited this year’s Gibraltar Museum Open Day. With plenty to see and do this year’s fancy dress competition saw 10 entries of a very high standard. The event was judged by Henry and Priscilla Sacramento – with Henry dressing up as India Jones. This year there were three winners – twins Jake and Miley Piri (joint entry), well known for entering such competitions, dressed as Lewis Meriwether and Sacagawea, and Katie Reyes as Gertrude Bell, English traveller, political officer, spy and archaeologist.
