First new British citizens of 2016 sworn in

The first citizenship ceremony of the year took place at The Convent yesterday, where three individuals received their British citizenship.
Head of Policy and Liaison at The Convent, Jacqueline Daley, received the oath of allegiance to the Queen from the three new citizens and presented them with their certificates of nationality.
Receiving their citizenship was Ahmed Azerkan, Kilian Pierre Perez-Blanco and Juan Luis Santana Ruiz.
