Gib at the Hague Food Festival

Local chef Vicky Garcia Bishop is already preparing to serve a taste of Gibraltar at an international chef exchange in the Netherlands at The Hague Bassal restaurant. Today she will be joining forces with Bas Oonk for a fusion dinner inspired by the cuisines of Gibraltar, the Iberian Peninsula and North Africa. This is the first year of The Hague Food Festival, a nine day event which began on Saturday and ends on Sunday.
