Indian House issues visa guidelines for Gibraltar-issued passports

The Gibraltar Government and India House in London have set out guidelines for anyone hoping to apply for an Indian visa with a Gibraltar-issued passport.

As Gibraltar passports are not currently recognised by India’s e-visa system, officials from India House have offered an alternative solution.

“Officials from Gibraltar House in London continue to work with the India House and with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office to seek ways in which India’s e-visa system can be made available to applicants with Gibraltar passport,” a statement from No.6 Convent Place said.

This includes visiting https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/ to fill in the visa forms and signing the declaration at https://www.vfsglobal.com/india/uk/pdf/Declaration1_240815.pdf.

This needs to be sent with a 50mm x 50mm photograph and a postal order for payment to the Indian Visa and Consular Application Centre The Vista Centre First Floor – Part A Block 50 Salisbury Road Hounslow TW4 6JQ.
