Jetstream win top prize in Malaga's Indio Rock

Local band Jetstream won the Indio Rock Final in Spain at the weekend. The final was contested between Jetstream (Gibraltar), Inutiless (Malaga) and Por Instinto (Madrid) and each band had a 50 minute set at the Plaza del Mercado in Villanueva del Trabuco, near Malaga. The final placing was as follows: Jetstream 1st, Por Instinto 2nd and Inutiless 3rd. Their Jetstream set consisted of the following songs: F5, I Know, Stand Up, You & Me, Starlight, Delta Blues (brand new song), Let Live And Die, Lala, While I Sleep and Triangle. Lead singer Nolan Frendo, thrilled to have taken the top prize told the Chronicle there was a decent crowd there showing an interest in all bands from beginning to end - “We also had lots of buddies who specifically came out to support us for the occasion”.
