Cost of disability benefits hits £20m, raising ‘grave concern’ about affordability

There are approximately 100 new disability claimants each year, leading to a 400% increase in in the cost of disability benefits since the GSLP/Liberal administration was elected into Government and raising concern about affordability going forward, Parliament heard last week.
