Robin Walker, the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State, Department for Exiting the European Union, will give evidence on Gibraltar to the House of Lords’ Brexit Committee on Thursday.
This will be the third evidence session in the committee’s ongoing Gibraltar Inquiry, which has already heard live evidence from the Chief Minister and from academics who have conducted research in Gibraltar. It has also received written evidence from various parties.
On Thursday the committee will also hear from Alastair Sutton, a barrister at Brick Court Chambers, Professor St John Bates from St John Bates Consultancy and Professor Andrew Le Sueur, the Head of Essex Law School at the University of Essex.
