Tobacco seized at Western Beach

Customs officers attended the Western Beach last Thursday morning after receiving reports of alleged tobacco activity involving a small boat and a vehicle.
Officers arrived to find a Gibraltar-registered car with its doors opened but it was unattended.
A search carried out revealed 650 cartons of cigarettes.
Both the car and the tobacco have been taken to Four Corners while investigations are ongoing.
