The Spanish Government has told MPs in Madrid that a ‘no deal’ outcome to treaty talks would be “negative” for both Gibraltar and the Campo de Gibraltar, adding that negotiations were “in a decisive phase” and that it remained “fully committed” to reaching agreement.
