CAB offers 'out of hours’ service

The Gibraltar Citizens Advice Bureau is offering a temporary “out of hours” service from 6pm to 9pm during the duration of the Covid-19 pandemic.

“We recognise that for many people, daytime hours are being stretched between working from home and child minding responsibilities allowing little or no time to express any personal concerns or issues,” a statement from the Citizens Advice Bureau.

It said that seeking advice is not something that can be easily accommodated under the current circumstances and has made the provision additional hours in the evening.

This will allow extra time for people needing advice to be able to contact an adviser during this challenging and critical time, the Citizens Advice Bureau added.
