Court finds appeal on e-scooter legislation successful

A Supreme Court appeal which questioned Gibraltar’s e-scooter legislation has been successful, resulting in a driving disqualification being dropped. The judgement will also provide guidance for future sentencing, with a number of cases currently before the Magistrates Court adjourned in recent days pending the Supreme Court’s decision.
