Government Minister Dr John Cortes and Steven Linares are pictured alongside the President of the Mancomunidad de Municipios, Luis Angel Fernandez, in Algeciras yesterday, where they formally presented a forthcoming history conference organised by the Instituto de Estudios Campogibraltareños. Mr Linares is the Minister responsible for the conference whilst Dr Cortes has been working with the Instituto since its inception in 1992. The conference will be held in Gibraltar between October 28 and 30.
