Labrador and Calin were to record a deserved victory after having come close in their previous matches.
A 21-12 and 21-13 ensured they claimed victory.
Gibraltar had faced defeat in their other three matches on the same day although the support for Gibraltar continued as the sport gathered popularity among spectators.
