Boat owners whose vessels were damaged by the oil spill from the AM Ghent last month have until March 19 to file a claim with the Captain of the Port so that this can be settled by vessel’s insurers.
The reminder from the Gibraltar Port Authority came as the clean-up operation entered its final stages.
The GPA said it had been working closely with the vessel’s insurer and acknowledged its cooperation to ensure the clean-up was completed as soon as possible.
