The Cheshire Home flag-day took place recently, with volunteers for the charity stating that people have been generous as usual with many dropping notes into the collection tubs.

Gianna Canilla who was at a stand outside the ICC said: “We want to raise both money and awareness of the charity here today,” and noted that the reaction has been positive so far.

Together with four other volunteers and a group of young people they said they aimed to full up each collection tub and get rid of all the stickers.
