Man charged with exporting 130,000 cigarettes

A Spanish national accused of exporting 130,000 cigarettes and obstructing Customs appeared at the Magistrates’ Court on Monday. Laarbi Chifra, 29, of Ocean Heights, is charged with possessing, transporting, and exporting 110,000 Ducal Red and 20,000 Winston cigarettes without a valid licence.
