Ombudsman present annual report to the community

The Gibraltar Public Services Ombudsman distributed their annual report to the public at the Piazza yesterday.

The Ombudsman team listened to people’s views and concerns and were commended by Welsh Ombudsman Policy and Communications Manager Susan Hudson for their community outreach.

The staff spent hours disseminating the reports to the public joined by Ms Hudson who is responsible for advising and supporting the ombudsman for Wales on all matters of corporate governance and public accountability.

Ms Hudson arrived in Gibraltar a few days ago at the invitation of Ombudsman Mario Hook.

“Within the Ombudsman community in the United Kingdom we try to collaborate and work closely together to learn from each other in terms of lessons that we can learn,” Ms Hudson said.
