The 10th annual Young Enterprise final will take place this evening, with the winning team set to represent Gibraltar at the UK finals next month.

This year eight teams will compete for the opportunity to present their products to a panel of business experts in London.

Tonight the teams will present their company programme to local judges at the Rock Hotel Khaima.

Over the past academic year the students from Bayside, Westside and Gibraltar College have learnt how to create, market and sell a product for a profit.

This year marks a particularly important mile-stone for the Young Enterprise as it is the 10th anniversary since the programme was launched on the Rock.

Throughout that time the programme has counted on the support of its principal sponsor, the Bland Group International.

This evening the eight teams will present a series of products with many teams focusing on an eco-friendly ethos. Prizes will also be awarded for best presentation and innovation.

This year alongside its Company Programme the Young Enterprise has launched their Alumni Programme that will see the team aim to reconnect with many past participants.
