Annual ‘Freedom’ parade for the Royal Engineers

Members of the Royal Engineers Association were in Gibraltar at the weekend for their annual visit. As always they marched along Main Street from Casemates to the statue of the Royal Engineer by the Cathedral of St Mary the Crowned. The Mayor Adolfo Canepa took the salute in front of the Parliament Building. The march-past was followed by a reception in the Mayor’s Parlour hosted my Mr Canepa and Mrs Canepa. Pics: S. Ignacio.
