Claudia Nastase succeeds at Cake International

The weekend of November 1-3 saw 1200 cake decorators from 39 countries gathered at the NEC in Birmingham for Cake International, the world’s biggest cake decorating competition.
Local baker Claudia Nastese was one of them, and brought home a Bronze award in the Decorated Plaque category, a Silver in the Miniature Wedding Cake contest and a Gold for her Egyptian themed Small Exhibit entry.
