GMF DAY2 And the music played on
Here's just a selection of some of the groups on day two as the music played on as the fifth edition of the GMF proved another success. The Stereophonics drew in the largest crowd and crowned this year's festival which for many will be filled with their own special and sometimes surprising moments. Heather Small was for many one of the highlights as she partied with a rocking crowd. Pics: Johnny Bugeja.
Last show of their tour for the group "last show nice way to end it. It's been a privilege to share the stage with so many artists."
Europe's 'Final Countdown' will be one of those special moments of this festival.
"Thanks for the warm welcome... you guys are beautiful."
"It makes me so very happy to see people singing my songs... Gibraltar is beautiful and I wish I had more time. I will definitely come back."
Bryan Ferry and his band gave fine renditions of some of our old favourites.
The Fratellis drummer Mince decided to wear Gib's National Day t-shirt. There were many local flags on stage throughout the weekend used by the different artists.
