Mask and physical theatre used to promote life skills for teenagers

A mask and physical theatre UK company have this week been holding a series of storytelling and theatre workshops for year nine students in local schools dealing with issues surrounding family breakdowns.

Trestle Theatre Company was invited by Childline Gibraltar, funded by the Kusuma Trust, to explore productive ways that professionals can help children and young people deal with these sensitive issues. The company previously visited the Rock in 2013.

The main aim was to work with young people using masked theatre in order to tackle subjects of a sensitive nature that affect them and society in general.
