RGP investigates £200,000 construction fraud

A homeowner has reported fraud for £200,000 worth of construction work that has been left undone.
A spokesman for the Royal Gibraltar Police said a local man reported that after paying over £200,000 for construction work on his family home over the last six months, the contractor has not started any work yet.
A fraud investigation has been launched.
