‘Trouble for Tea’ takes the top prize in Spring Festival short story competition

‘Trouble for Tea’ by Jackie Anderson has won this year’s overall prize in the adult section of the annual Spring Festival Short Story Competition organised by the Gibraltar Cultural Services on behalf of the Ministry for Culture in conjunction with the Gibraltar Chronicle.

Mrs Anderson has recently started a creative writing group ‘Writer’s together’  is an avid writer who also won the autumn poetry prize last year.

This year the event attracted a total of 275 entries from children in School Years 4 to 13 and from adults.
