Zone 2 going ‘exactly as planned’

The Minister with responsibility for parking, Paul Balban, has said that the controversial Zone 2 residential parking scheme is “going very much as planned”.
The issuing of permits “are slowly increasing and more parking spaces are being used,” he said.
“It is too soon to give a learned opinion other than time is needed for the scheme to settle,” he added.
