Good times ahead for new home owners

Paul and Michelle Tremayne were overjoyed to be one of the first residents of Beach View Terraces to sign their completion documents and receive the long awaited keys to their flat.

Sand Dune House was ready for completion after receiving a Certificate of Fitness earlier this month and now over ten home owners have signed for their keys.

At law firm Charles Gomez & Co the new home owners signed the documents alongside lawyer Nicholas Gomez and Tina Hayward. Completion has been slightly delayed after home owners began the snagging process last October.

The new home owners have been given 60 days to complete with residents of Seashell House expecting to receive their letters next week.

Over the next couple of months over 500 residents will be ready to move into their new homes.
