Francis Becarra is going for a hat trick of Gibraltar Snooker titles having won the title in 2023 and 2024. Francis got his campaign of to a steady start winning both his opening matches 3-0 against Joe Neary and Peter Bensadon. Michael Kane the 2022 Gibraltar champion won his opening match 3-0 against Sean Galligan win breaks of 37, 58 and a nice 32 clearance in the last frame. Michael followed that up with another 3-0 win against Harrish Viroomal win further breaks of 44, 36 and 33. Jason Garcia also won his opening match 2-1 against Peter Bensadon, and then followed that up with another 2-1 win over Gareth Cano

Other results saw Sean Galligan bounce back from his opening day defeat to Michael Kane to beat James Neish 3-0 and Harrish Viroomal 3-0. James Neish beat Gareth Cano 3-0 but lost his other match 2-1 to Jonathon Cooney.
