Cancer Research fundraises with Christmas tree decorating event

The local Cancer Research UK Committee raised £460 during a Christmas tree decorating event last Saturday.
The large Christmas tree measuring up to five metres in length can be spotted at Main Street, opposite the Cathedral of St Mary the Crowned.

The funds were raised by Cancer Research UK Gibraltar Branch through special dedications.
People donated to have the Christmas tree baubles dedicated to a loved one.
The Mayor Kaiane Aldorino-Lopez hung some of the first dedicated baubles on the tree.
The decorated Christmas tree will remain on Main Street for viewing through the festive season.
