College 501 Team Clinches Gibraltar Darts Association Friendship Cup

The Gibraltar darts scene witnessed a night of triumph as the College 501 team emerged victorious in the prestigious Gibraltar Darts Association Friendship Cup. Led by the stellar performances of Justin Hewitt, Craig Galliano, Sean Negrette, Dylan Duo Snr, and Brad Bayliss, the College 501 squad showcased their prowess on the dartboard in a thrilling final showdown against Team College 501 New Generation.
The triumph for College 501 was made even sweeter with the recent signings of Justin Hewitt and Craig Galliano by Shot Darts, a leading brand in the global darts merchandise industry. The duo’s impressive performances further solidified their status as rising stars in the darts world.
Amidst the excitement of the Friendship Cup victory, the Gibraltar darts community celebrated the achievements of young talent Nico Bado. Nico had the incredible opportunity to join the esteemed Winmau 360 team on an exclusive tour of the Winmau factory as part of the Winmau Youth Development initiative. During the tour, Nico and his teammates delved into the intricate craftsmanship behind Winmau’s renowned darts, with each group tasked with designing their own dart. Nico’s group emerged victorious, with their creation set to be released by Winmau in the near future.
The highlight of the tour came with a surprise visit from darts professional Johnny Clayton, who shared his expertise and insights with the budding darting talents. Amidst trying out the latest darting equipment, the young players were inspired by Clayton’s presence and left with unforgettable memories.
To top it all off, the team was presented with the new Winmau Team 360 shirt by Steve Brown, further cementing their sense of belonging to the prestigious Winmau family.
