The Office of the Deputy Chief Minister, in collaboration with The Parasol Foundation, filed a masterplan for refurbishment of The Mount. The scheme, drafted by project director Carl Viagas, was approved at a recent meeting of the Development and Planning Commission, which also cleared phase one of the plan.
