New design for Hospital Ramp project

A new application for 2 Hospital Ramp has been filed with the Development and Planning Commission.

This will be the third application for the site, with the previous two rejected applications having generated objections and negative comments both in the DPC and on social media.

The new design has veered from the look of the previous two and comprises of four individual townhouses with parking spaces, terrace areas and rendered in different colours to break the massing of the units up.
